We have recently acted in the sales and purchases of some of Toorak's most prestigious properties and other suburban developments sites in the $10 million value bracket.

We act for some of Australia's leading real estate agents and property developers, including Australian Super Developments Ltd, an associated company of C-BUS, the building industry superannuation fund.

We have recently completed an assignment which covered the entirety of stage 1 of a major city residential development involving 160 units and a value of approximately $64,000,000.00.  Our firm was involved from the date of commitment to build, advised on site consolidation, body corporate formation and rules, drew and continually updated the statutory Vendor's Statement and all contracts of sale, applied and obtained registration of Plan of Subdivision, drew utility services provision contracts and creation of easements, and acted in all sales and settlements.

Other quality major projects in which we provided expert advice were the late Adam Adams' project "Sutton Place" at 26 Queens Road, Melbourne, and a residential conversion of an office block in King Street, City.
